Enrollment Management (Undergraduate Admissions, Graduate Admissions and Financial Aid) leads and supports initiatives focused on recruitment and enrollment and provides financial aid services to students so that they may access and realize their educational goals.

We start from the point of recruiting applicants to maximizing the retention and matriculation rates while providing student academic and financial planning.

Our goal is to manage an integrated, consistent, proactive student experience and seek to demonstrate and cultivate a high degree of student service in all aspects of enrollment services.

The responsibility of Financial Aid Services is to assist students and families with the financial aid process with a goal of making a private Utica education affordable. We will counsel on all of the options available to a student and help them complete all of the requirements and forms necessary to secure their funding.

The Financial Aid Office is located within The Center for Student Success, suite 117 Hubbard Hall. The financial aid staff are available to assist students and families with the entire aid process, from initial inquiry through to graduation. The staff can assist with the following but not limited to, loan applications, FAFSA filing, verification forms, scholarship applications and selective service reporting.

Financial Aid Services

The first stop for students interested in learning more about Utica University, the Office of Undergraduate Admissions offers campus tours, information sessions and assist with the application process.  The Office of Admissions works with students throughout the application process and helps to acclimate them to the Utica University campus.

The Office of Undergraduate Admissions is the first point of contact for incoming freshman, transfer and international students.  The Office of Admissions educates prospective students and their families about the value of a Utica University education, assists with the application process, and helps to make the transition to Utica University smooth as possible.

Undergraduate Admissions

Utica University's graduate programs prepare professionals to meet the present and future challenges posed by the increasing complexity of our global society and to assume leadership and practitioner roles in health, education and business. Many Utica undergraduates choose to continue their education in Utica graduate degree programs such as teacher certification education, physical therapy, occupational therapy, MBA in professional accountancy and online programs in health care administration, family nurse practitioner, data science, economic crime and fraud investigation and business administration.

The graduate admissions office is a one-stop center when exploring graduate degrees at Utica and applying for acceptance into on-campus graduate, online graduate and certificate programs. Graduate Admissions also works with faculty and administration to examine new advanced degree possibilities.

Graduate admissions conducts transcript reviews to help interested applicants determine if they meet requirements for specific graduate programs.

The Miller Analogies Test, a graduate entry examination, is administered by graduate admissions and is required for all teacher certification program applicants. The cost is $100.  To schedule an exam, please call Lynn Cope at 315-792-3010.
